Stretching course
This is a Hatha Yoga course for those who want to practice serious yoga.
Hatha yoga focuses on breathing and connects you to the energy that drives you, which helps you to improve your mental health. It also helps you to improve your concentration and gives you the opportunity to reexamine your own body.
This course is for those who want to practice yoga with a focus on meditation.
Meditation is also a great way to detox from digital stress. Even if you know it's good to do it every day, it can be quite difficult. Learn how to meditate and the stretches that go with meditation, and incorporate them into your daily life.
This is an introductory yoga course for those who think full-scale yoga is difficult but would like to loosen up their body.
Y Back pain and shoulder pain can actually be caused by stiff muscles. Stretching the parts of your body that you don't usually stretch will help you maintain a healthy body.
All courses require advance reservations.
Lesson fee is 1 hour course [1,000 yen/person]
The maximum occupancy is three people.
